Since 2008 when the government introduced the Energy Performance Certificate for existing dwellings I have completed 100's for homeowners, landlords and estate/letting agents.

In 2016 I undertook the accredited training with National Home Energy Rating (NHER) to become an On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessors (OCDEA) which I passed and are now qualified to produce On-Construction Energy Performance Certificates (OCEPC). Since qualifying I work as a SAP assessor for one of the countries largest Approved Inspectors company carrying out their SAP assessment for their clients which include private individual self builders, small to large developers.

As carrying out SAP assessment is a desk based assessment I am able to carry them out in the evenings and weekends which allows me to be competitive on my prices but still ensuring you receive a professional and efficient service.
